Is there any fee if I nominate my organization?
Nominations are absolutely FREE of cost. You don’t have to pay anything while nominating your organization. However, your participation in the BPTW Study is only guaranteed when you officially sign the virtual contract and agree to fulfil the basic requirements.
What is the criteria to nominate?
- Any company with 50+ employees is eligible to nominate and participate.
- Nomination will only be accepted if sent from an HR representative of the company.
*Unfortunately, companies with less than 50 employees can't be a part of the Best Place to Work Pakistan Study & Awards 2025. However, we have a separate offering for them around employee engagement survey and industry benchmarking.

What is the methodology behind this study?
Companies will provide their employee lists for the survey, which includes a 50-question questionnaire and 2 NPS questions, taking approx 15 minutes to complete.
A 70% response rate (survey completion) is encouraged for meaningful insights.
Engage Consulting will analyze the data under the supervision of PSHRM, and top 10 percentile companies will be recognized as Pakistan’s Best Places to Work in 2025.
Will the survey respondents be disclosed?
No, the survey respondents will be kept anonymous.
We follow this practice to ensure credibility and integrity of our study. No company or its HR team can influence any employee and their responses.
This way, employees also feel free to give honest responses without any fear or external pressure.
Will my company's engagement score be made public?
No, only the top group companies will be announced as winners at the Awards Gala night and on social media platforms.
Names of other participating companies will not be disclosed. However, we will post about your industry competition on social media for hype.
Your company logo and announcement will be made/shared (on the SMD screen and called by the event host) if you are one of the Finalists in any of the award categories.
What will you do with employee data after the study?
All email addresses or other private and confidential information will be destroyed once the survey has been completed. We will sign any other necessary legal document to ensure that no employee data of your company is misused.
With less than 50 employees, can I still participate?
According to this year's criteria, no company under 50 employees can nominate or participate in the BPTW Study & Awards.
However, we have a separate offering for companies under 50 employees.
These companies will not qualify for the Best Place to Work Pakistan Awards 2025. But we can do an engagement survey and provide them with insights about their own employee engagement levels.
There is another possibility for you to benchmark yourself against other small-sized companies in Pakistan.

What is the scoring/winning criteria?
Please note: There are no judges or panel involved in determining or declaring best places to work in Pakistan.
All scores are compiled from the survey responses of your employees (alongside how your employer brand is perceived by talent outside).
This means, only your internal employees and voice of external talent can make you win and allow you to become a best place to work in Pakistan.

Will only top scoring companies be awarded?
Yes! All top scoring companies will be awarded. However, we do have special category awards that other companies can also win.
Do I need to win in order to attend Awards Gala Night?
No, you can still attend the Best Place to Work Pakistan Awards Gala 2025. We will invite all participants who will successfully complete their employee surveys.
How many awards gala passes can I get?
The number of passes allotted to each company will be determined by the PSHRM Committee and Engage Consulting.
We usually give 1 or 2 gala passes to each participating company.
Most number of passes will be reserved for our Awards Gala Sponsors.
