Is there any fee if I nominate my organization?
Nominations are absolutely FREE of cost. You don’t have to pay anything while nominating your organization. However, nominations are only accepted when you officially sign E-Contract and agree to fulfil the basic requirements.
What is the criteria to nominate?
Any company with 50 or more employees in Pakistan can nominate.
Only someone from the HR function can nominate.
What is the Methodology?
We will ask companies to provide a list of their employees
We will survey company employees
We will encourage companies to get at least 70% response rate
The survey questionnaire will have 50 questions and will take 15 minutes to complete
Engage Consulting under the supervision of PSHRM will analyze the survey data of all companies
Top quartile companies will be recognized as Best Places to Work in Pakistan

Do I need to win in order to attend Awards Gala Night?
All companies that participate in the BPTW Study can attend the awards gala night.
However, the number of passes will be determined by the PSHRM Committee and Engage Consulting.
